I am Liga, the founder and creator of Svētku pils (Celebration Palace). I remember how challenging it was to find a suitable venue for my wedding. I came across various matters that I wanted to change and improve. During the last 15 years, while watching how my friends and relatives choose their wedding venue, I realised that I wanted to create a special place, already designed in accordance with the needs of weddings at the beginning of the construction project. For a wedding, it is not only important what the place of the wedding looks like but also how far it is from the capital and from the airport, what the surrounding landscape is like, whether there is water, as well as how to spend the second day of the wedding and how it will all look in the photos.

This is why I founded Svētku pils – a place designed specifically for weddings, which combines everything to make your most beautiful day special for both of you and your guests.

Marta is the great support of Svētku pils events and our expert on all nuances and details during the event. Marta is our project manager, a person who will be with you from A to Z in both planning and implementation. Your vision of table plans, number of guests, timing of the event, serving of food and its requirements, as well as other nuances will be turned into reality with a smile and high professionalism. Marta’s passion is decorating and flowers.

Tīna Treiliņa

Responsible, professional, positive, diligent and flexible in the work environment are words that best describe Tīna’s personality. She is our project manager, and the person who will listen to your vision for your special day, be it a wedding, birthday celebration, seminar, etc. Tīna will be more than happy to solve all questions – starting with table plans, the number of guests, special requirements for food, sleeping arrangement, event times and food serving. She is the one who will support you not only in planning but also in the important implementation of events.

Ingus Zandbergs

More than 25 years of experience in Latvia’s best restaurants and banquets. Ingus has been working at Svētku pils since the we decided to make our own kitchen. We are searching for combinations of flavours and dishes that can both satisfy our demanding customers in terms of quality and visual presentation and be clear to all wedding and celebration guests of each age group. Ingus’ long years of experience, positive attitude and desire for challenges are factors that have contributed to the growth of Svētku pils catering.

In Sarmīte’s professional career, she has accumulated experience as a chef in the Valguma Pasaule restaurant, Konventa Sēta and Radi und Draugi hotel. Femininity, tenderness, elegance and immersion in every nuance can be felt in every dish cooked by Sarmīte. The canapé prepared by Sarmīte is the first taste that awaits our guests when they come to us.

Unique sweet dishes according to Sarmīte’s recipe even appeal to those who don’t have a sweet tooth. Her strong suit is cakes, sweet dishes and canapés.

With a wide range of experience over 10 years, Artūrs’ passion is marinating, smoking, frying, grilling meat and fish, and he is definitely an expert in this. As Artūrs says, “I am a guru in planning side dishes, so that every hot dish is both delicious and visually expressive. There’s never a dull moment in the kitchen with me. I feel proud of my achievements and have a constant passion to create unforgettable culinary wonders.

The head waiter is the one who spends the event day with the guests and makes sure that everything goes according to plan, communicates with the event host, musicians, and organisers, and takes care of the guests, while keeping their finger on the pulse so that every dish is served on time, the champagne pyramid is perfect and the celebration cake is served at the right moment.

Years of experience, customer service in Latvia and in Frace are the cornerstones of Aleksandrs’ high level of professionalism.
