Our wedding organisers will make sure that everything is taken care of – catering, hospitality, guest accommodation, decoration, time planning and everything else.

By choosing the “All-inclusive” offer, you will receive the best price per person which makes it easy to plan and count the final cost.
We offer a tasting event which allows you to see, experience, feel, taste and enjoy our hospitality before the wedding, so that you don’t have to worry about the quality of the food on your wedding day.
By choosing Svētku pils as the place for your wedding, you will have access to the entire guest house complex – a celebration hall, a garden for the wedding ceremony, rooms for you and up to 64 guests, a place for the newlyweds, a sauna and a refreshing swimming place on the bank of the River Daugava.

All-INCLUSIVE WEDDING

Price offers for weddings are individual and depend on:

Wedding month – “All-inclusive” offer is only available in the months of autumn, winter and spring.
Wedding day – on dates from Sunday to Thursday the price is lower than on Friday or Saturday.
Number of guests – “All-inclusive” offer is only available starting from 30 guests.
The wedding ceremony for 30–49 guests is for a fee, for 50–59 guests we give a 50% discount, but for more than 60 guests – for free.

The “All-inclusive” offer is only available in the months of autumn, winter and spring.
The “Premium all-inclusive” offer is available throughout the year.

Svētku pils and outdoor area

The price includes the Svētku pils venues, where you and your guests will be able to celebrate in a cosy and comfortable atmosphere. We also provide a sound system for playing music, all the necessary equipment for the event, as well as a beautiful garden on the territory of Svētku pils, which is suitable for capturing magical moments in both winter and summer. We have also taken care of a special place for the newlyweds on the bank of the Daugava!

Overnight accommodation at Svētku pils

We have made sure that you don’t have to worry about accommodating your guests on your important day. The guest house has 12 rooms, the interior of which is inspired by the four elements of nature. The rooms can accommodate up to 64 guests who wish to spend their time with their loved ones for as long as possible.

After the event, your guests do not have to rush home, as you can celebrate your wedding until sunrise. The next day you can take you time and enjoy the morning and the picturesque landscape, visit our sauna or get refreshed in the swimming pool.

Food cooked on-site

Ingus Zandbergs, the chef of Svētku pils, who has been with us since the palace was founded, will make sure that the guests are fed and satisfied, as food is a very important part of any event. Ingus has worked in Latvia’s best restaurants and banquets for more than 20 years and will satisfy even the most demanding taste buds by ensuring high-quality food and its visual presentation. Our goal is to serve wedding dishes in such a way that keeps the traditional and classic values on your wedding tables.

We pamper our guests with our own smoked meat and fish, and in winter we hold tasting events so that newlyweds can take on the role of guests, feel the special atmosphere, make sure of the quality of our service and enjoy the food, so that they don’t have to worry about it on the wedding day.

Wedding ceremony

Saying “yes” and exchanging vows of love is the most magical event of your celebration. And the most magical place that will keep these promises forever is the garden of Svētku pils. You can hold the ceremony right here in a peaceful atmosphere. After the ceremony, you can enjoy snacks and champagne on our terrace.

After the ceremony, the newlyweds can have a photoshoot in the garden to capture their most beautiful moments. In winter or on rainy days, the wedding ceremony can be held in our parquet hall.

Service and hospitality

Our waiters are the soul of Svētku pils events. The head waiter is the one who spends the event day with the guests and makes sure that everything goes according to plan, communicates with the event host, musicians, and organisers, and takes care of the guests, while keeping their finger on the pulse so that every dish is served on time, the champagne pyramid is perfect and the celebration cake is served at the right moment. Our bartender will help you put together the perfect wedding drink menu suitable for all tastes.

Place of delivery:

If you want to continue Latvian tradition with various rituals, we have taken care of that too! In the newlyweds ritual, fire is often used. It can be a bonfire, a miracle candle, a firework show, candles, and at Svētku pils, there is a place where these rituals turn into a magical gathering!

Sauna and outdoor recreation

After the celebrations and non-stop dancing, the next morning promises to be peaceful and casual. The price for Svētku pils rental also includes a sauna, so you can relax and take a refreshing morning swim. Until 14:00 you will be able to say goodbye to your last wedding guests in a peaceful atmosphere.
