Svētku pils guest house is located on the bank of the River Daugava with a picturesque view of Dole manor park. We offer seminar venues and employee training venues for companies. This is an ideal place to hold a seminar or training outside the city – away from the daily rush in a peaceful and private atmosphere. Once here, it will be hard to believe that you are only a short drive away from the centre of Riga.

It is often important that the seminar venues are easily adaptable to the different number of participants and the purpose of the event. Svētku pils was designed by combining the beauty of nature with modern amenities, so that every guest feels comfortable and every customer receives the required service and quality for their planned event.

Privacy – you will be the only guests in our venues when choosing any format of the event, be it a discussion for 7 or a conference for 100 people. We host only one event at a time, allowing you to adjust the format of your event to your wishes and possibilities.

BANQUET HALL

On the first floor, there is a spacious banquet hall which can be easily adapted to the scale of the event. In total, up to 90 guests will feel comfortable in the banquet hall. Traditionally, this hall is used as a place for coffee breaks and lunches or dinners, but it’s also possible to use it for seminars, presentations, lectures and team buildings. The banquet hall is 105 m2, and the anteroom is 80 m2. In the anteroom, there is also a candle-lit fireplace and a bar counter which perfectly complements the seminar venues with a place to relax or enjoy a coffee break while chatting with colleagues.

SEMINAR HALL

The seminar hall is 85 m2, and it can be separated from the banquet hall or connected to it. The seminar hall can accommodate up to 60 participants in a theatre-style layout, or a smaller number of participants in a classroom-style layout. We adapt the seminar venues to each client individually. We offer both round and square table solutions. The seminar venues are equipped with an air ventilation system, which ensures the necessary amount of oxygen in the room and increases work efficiency.

EQUIPMENT

Do you want to get out of the usual office space, and at the same time work productively and find new business solutions? Just like in the office, our guest house also has everything you may need for work – internet, projector, screen, sound system and blackboard. The offered equipment allows you to hold seminars and presentations successfully.

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION

Sometimes staff training or seminar venues are required for two or more days. In the Svētku pils guest house, there are 12 rooms with separate beds available which can accommodate up to 42 seminar participants. The design of rooms is inspired by the four elements of nature, with their colour nuances depicted in the interior of each room. Overnight accommodation options will allow you to invite guests from other cities of Latvia as well as foreign countries to your seminars and other corporate events.

CATERING

Chef Ingus Zandbergs and his team have been running the kitchen of Svētku Pils for five years. Our goal is to complement every event with quality food cooked on-site following modern trends, using high-quality products and adapting to the wishes and requirements of our guests. Seminar coffee breaks, lunch and dinner menus are available in different variations, in terms of both budget and serving.

THE CHEF’S WORKSHOP

Supplement the workshop with a joint team activity. At the Svētku pils workshop you will learn how to cook squid and how to use its ink in an original dye. You will find out whether the seafood in the dessert is felt when eating and whether it is difficult to cook quail. A workshop is an activity for a team that unites colleagues in a joint process, sharing responsibilities among themselves and allowing closer communication in an informal atmosphere. A delicious dinner is the reward for all participants.

COCKTAIL WORKSHOP

Ending the working day with drinks will be a reward for a productive day. During the cocktail workshop, together with our bartender, you will learn new things about drinks, as well as the secrets and tools of making cocktails, by making three types of cocktails for yourself. Activity duration: one and a half hours. We can hold the workshop in Latvian, Russian and English.

SAUNA AND OUTDOOR RECREATION

A moment of relaxation, going for a walk in the garden or gazing at the expanse of the Daugava. By choosing us, you will feel like you are in another world, even though Riga is just within arm’s reach. Guests have access to sauna on the water for casual conversations and recreation, a spacious and well-kept garden for a walk, and the terrace of Svētku pils overlooking the river.
